“Cannes Uncut” to screen at Cannes Film Festival

“Cannes Uncut”, the documentary Critical Divide’s Mark Adams and Christopher Pickard have been working on with Special Treats Productions, will have its first market screening in the Palais des Festivals, Cannes during the Marché du Film – Festival de Cannes on Wednesday, 17 May. Autlook Filmsales will then start the film’s journey around the screens of the world.

A love letter not only to Cannes, but to film and all film festivals, Festival de Cannes chief Thierry Frémaux told the filmmakers: “The story of Cannes is the story of cinema”.

“Cannes Uncut”,  that was created by Adams and Pickard and directed by and , revels in the glamour, red carpets, movies, craziness, stunts, deals, parties and personalities that have been part of the Cannes Film Festival over the last eight decades, as well as looking to the future.
